A fully engineered, rapid-deployment processing solution designed for chrome ore deposits of the Bushveld Igneous Complex in North West and Limpopo provinces.

Vibrating grizzly, jaw crusher, belt conveyor — size ROM ore to <25mm
Desliming
Hydrocyclone battery removes -75μm fines from the feed stream
Spiral Separation
Humphreys spiral concentrators (rougher + cleaner) separate chromite by density
Product Dewatering
Dewatering screen reduces product moisture to <12% for transport
Tailings Management
Tailings thickener and pump system for responsible tailings storage
Water Recycling
Closed-circuit water system — thickener overflow recycled to process
Proven Project
Delivery

150 T/h Chrome Spiral Plant
Full design, construction, and commissioning of a 150 tonnes-per-hour chrome spiral wash plant processing UG2 tailings. The project included complete process engineering, equipment procurement, structural steel fabrication, civil works, and plant commissioning.
20M High-Rate Thickener Design
Engineering design of a 20-metre high-rate thickener for tailings dewatering and water recovery. The project involved process design, structural engineering, and integration with existing plant water circuits.
Hydro Mining Replacement Plant
Design of a replacement mineral processing plant to supersede existing hydro mining operations. The project focused on improving recovery rates, reducing water consumption, and modernising the processing circuit.
